Withdrawal addresses and email codes

How the address book works, the 6-digit code we email to confirm each withdrawal, and the pauses that protect your money.

The commonest way an account is emptied is simple: someone gets in, adds their own withdrawal address, and pays out. Getting in is not enough here. Saving an address and sending a withdrawal both need a code we email you, so they would need your inbox too.

The email code

  • When you review a withdrawal, we email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to confirm. The code works only for that exact amount and address: change either and you need a new code.
  • Saving a new address works the same way. Once you enter the code, the address is ready to use straight away.
  • A code expires after a few minutes. If it has expired, or you made too many wrong tries, send a new one from the same screen.
  • Not in your inbox? Check Spam, then use Resend code. You can send another after a short wait.
  • You need a confirmed email address to withdraw. If yours is not confirmed yet, the withdraw page takes you to confirm it first.

Saving an address

  • Save addresses from the Withdraw page, each with a name you choose.
  • You can keep up to 20 saved addresses.
  • An address belongs to one network. Withdrawals are available on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). If you paste an address that belongs to a different network, we tell you which one it looks like rather than accepting it.

Sending to an address you have not saved

You can also withdraw to an address you type in once, without saving it. The first time you send money to an address you have never been paid at, a member of our team may check the withdrawal before it goes out. Saving the address is the smoother route for somewhere you will send to again.

Pauses after a security change

Changing your sign-in password or email address, pauses withdrawals for 24 hours. Every other device signed in to your account is signed out at the same moment.

The withdraw page shows when a pause ends. You can still deposit, delegate and use the rest of your account during it. The pause is the whole point: whoever made the change might not be you, and it gives you time to read the email we send and act.

If a pause started and you did not make the change, contact support straight away. We can also hold withdrawals on your account while we look into it.

Other reasons a withdrawal waits

  • It is over your withdrawal limit, or under the minimum. See fees, minimums and limits.
  • It is being reviewed. Withdrawals can be checked by our team before they are sent, and larger ones need a second member of staff to approve them.

Figures on this page are read from the platform’s current settings. Your dashboard always shows the ones that apply to your account.
